Shipping: every producer ships on their own
At sapori.world there's no giant warehouse where products get mixed together. There are real producers, each with a name, a location and a craft. We choose them, tell their story, and bring them together in a single shop.
When you order, your parcel leaves from whoever actually makes the product: the wine from the winery, the chocolate from the factory, the fish from the workshop that prepares it. Fewer steps, fewer days in transit, fewer hands involved. For fresh products, this matters a lot.
What this means for you
- If you order from a single producer, you receive one parcel.
- If you order from several producers, you receive several parcels, possibly on different days, each with its own shipping email.
- At checkout you see the total shipping cost, calculated as the sum of each producer's rate in your cart.
Our 4 shipping rates
The cost depends on where the parcel is shipped from and how it needs to travel. Each rate applies per producer, not per product: if you order several items from the same producer, you pay for shipping only once for them.

Free shipping
Shipping is free when the value of products from the same producer, within your order, reaches CHF 200.-. This is calculated per producer individually: products from different producers are not added together for this threshold.
Example: Boldini wine for CHF 230 and Cantina Settemaggio wine for CHF 90, in the same order. Boldini's shipping is free (over CHF 200), while Cantina Settemaggio's costs CHF 15 (Swiss standard rate).
Fresh products
Fish, caviar, truffle and pesto travel in a refrigerated parcel, with the right timing and temperature. These are more delicate and more expensive shipments to organize, which is why they have dedicated rates, depending on whether the producer is in Switzerland or in Italy.
Delivery time
Usually within 2–5 business days of ordering. Each producer ships independently, so parcels from the same order may arrive on different days. We'll notify you by email for each shipment.
Products supplied via Collective
Some products in our catalogue are supplied via Collective, a network of external partner stores. These are shipped directly by the partner using their own logistics, independent of ours, and may involve an additional, separate shipping cost that we do not manage or directly control.
In any case, the exact costs applicable to your order are always calculated and clearly shown at checkout, before payment.
Customs and duties for foreign producers
For products shipped from Italy, the shipping price shown includes transport. Any Swiss customs duties or import taxes, if owed, are handled according to the terms of the courier appointed by the producer.
