A unique beer, born from rice grown in the fields of Terreni alla Maggia on the Piano di Magadino and in Ascona. The Ticino rice is processed in collaboration with the Locher brewery in Appenzell, giving life to a gluten-free craft beer with a light, thirst-quenching character, telling the story of the encounter between Ticino's rice-growing tradition and Swiss brewing art. Characteristics: 33 cl format, gluten-free. Pairings: excellent as an aperitif or paired with a risotto or a lake fish dish.
