Cardo Rosso is born from a blend of Merlot, Carminoir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grown in Biasca and the Leventina and Blenio valleys. After 25-28 days of maceration, it matures in 225-litre barriques and ages 5 months in bottle, developing a structured character with spicy notes and dark fruit.

A versatile red, perfect with red meats, game and aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at 16-18°C.
