Beluga Caviar – Nelden Caviar

Beluga Caviar comes from the Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso), the largest and longest-lived species in the sturgeon family, today among the rarest and most sought-after in the world. The grains, exceptionally large and uniform, exceed 3 mm in diameter and range in shade from silver-grey to dark grey, with an unmistakable natural sheen.

The texture is velvety, the flavor round and creamy, never harsh or overly salty: its complexity reveals itself slowly on the palate, in an elegant crescendo that ends in a delicate, clean finish. It's universally regarded as one of the most prestigious caviars in the world.

Best served chilled and pure, to fully appreciate its structure; the quintessential pairing remains a great vintage Champagne or artisanal vodka served at a very low temperature.
