Crudèll is the white wine born from the collaboration between the Fratelli Meroni and the Azienda Mondò of Sementina, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The name recalls the "wine from the vat" obtained from the first pressing of the grapes, traditionally reserved for the master of the house — the French "réserve du patron".

An intense and aromatic white, to be enjoyed as a distinguished aperitif or paired with structured fish dishes. It is recommended to serve chilled, at around 10-12°C.
