Olive wood Tête de Moine cheese curler – Deluxe

A girolle-style cheese curler for shaving Tête de Moine and other semi-hard cheeses into delicate rosettes, built on an olive wood base with a stainless steel scraper. Available with a handled board or a rounded board.

Hand wash the board and dry it standing up; the steel parts can be rinsed. Oil the wood occasionally.
