Extra large olive wood chopping board, 48–54 cm

A large slab of solid olive wood for cutting, carving or serving on a grand scale: available from 48 cm to 54 cm. Boards of this size are genuinely rare, as they can only be cut from the widest, most mature branches.

Wash by hand and leave to dry upright; oil generously and regularly, given its size.
