Corvina Polenta Flour 500 g

A polenta flour that tells the story of a rediscovered corn variety. It comes from "Millo Corvo," a variety originally from north-western Spain that found ideal conditions to thrive on the shores of Lake Maggiore, grown exclusively in Ticino by Terreni alla Maggia. Ingredients: whole-grain cornmeal (Corvina milling). Format: 500 g pack. Pairings: a dark, full-flavoured polenta, excellent with alpine cheeses or braised meats.
