Note Yellow is a blend of white grapes with a vital and elegant character.

Vinification includes a cold maceration after destemming, followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks.

In the glass it appears straw yellow with green hues. On the nose it reveals aromas of apple, pineapple, chamomile and mulberry. On the palate it is full-bodied, structured and persistent, with a fresh and pleasant balance.
