Red Polenta with Chestnuts 200 g

A red polenta enriched with pieces of chestnut, for an autumn dish with a rustic, comforting flavour. The red corn flour is grown by Terreni alla Maggia in the Maggia delta in Ascona, following the whole-grain milling method that characterises all of the farm's flours. Format: 200 g pack. Pairings: excellent with alpine cheeses, grilled sausages or sautéed mushrooms.
