Cana is Cantina Settemaggio's flagship white wine: an elegant blend of Merlot vinified as white and Savagnin Blanc (Heida), grown on the sun-drenched hills of Monte Carasso. Cold fermentation in stainless steel preserves the aromatic freshness of the fruit, giving a wine with aromas of exotic fruit, lychee and pineapple, with a fresh, savoury and mineral palate.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs well with lake fish dishes, risottos and fresh Ticino cheeses. Serve chilled to bring out its elegance.
