Irti Colli is a single-varietal Merlot from the steep vineyards of the Sopraceneri, from which it takes its name. Vinified and aged to express body and structure, it shows an intense ruby red colour, aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes, with a full, soft and persistent palate.

It pairs perfectly with red meats, braised dishes, game and aged cheeses. Serve at room temperature, opening an hour in advance.
