Porcini Mushroom Risotto 300 g

A ready-to-cook risotto born from a collaboration with an artisan workshop on the Magadino Plain. The base is Loto rice grown in our own fields, combined with a homemade spice mix, homemade broth mix and porcini mushrooms. Ingredients: risotto rice (83%), homemade spice mix, homemade vegetable broth mix (contains celery), porcini mushrooms (2%), salt. Format: 300 g pack. Pairings: an autumn risotto, best finished with a knob of butter and a sprinkling of parmesan.
