Red Wine Balsamic Vinegar with Amaretto 25 cl

A balsamic vinegar born from our own red wine, enriched with amaretto aroma for an elegant, enveloping touch. Made in-house by Cantina alla Maggia starting from the red wine vinegar of the Ascona winery, with the addition of cane sugar, it is especially prized in the kitchen for its refinement. Ingredients: red wine vinegar (Cantina alla Maggia), cane sugar, amaretto flavouring. Contains sulphites. Format: 25 cl bottle. Pairings: perfect for glazing cakes and desserts, seasoning fresh fruit, or adding an original touch to aged cheeses and chocolate desserts.
