White Wine Vinegar with Yuzu 25 cl

A refined vinegar that combines our white wine with yuzu extract, a citrus fruit partly grown at Castello del Sole in Ascona. Made in-house by Cantina alla Maggia, it won the gold medal at the first International Alpine Food Contest 2024/2025 and 4th place at the Genuss Award Österreich. Ingredients: white wine vinegar (Cantina alla Maggia, Ticino), cane sugar, yuzu purée (10%). Contains sulphites. Format: 25 cl bottle. Pairings: a fresh, citrusy vinaigrette, ideal for salads and fish dishes.
