Yuzu Mustard 150 g

A fresh, citrusy mustard, created in 2024 through the collaboration between Cantina alla Maggia and Gamma's Saucen of Quartino. The bold character of mustard seeds opens up into lively notes of yuzu, the Asian citrus fruit that thrives in Ascona, delivering a burst of freshness in every spoonful.

Ingredients: mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), yuzu vinegar (yuzu) 15%.

Pairings: perfect with fish dishes and white meats, or to enrich dressings and salad vinaigrettes.

Produced in Ascona (Ticino). Format: 150 g.
