A Swiss eau-de-vie made from fresh local apricots. The carefully selected apricots ferment for 8-10 days at 12-14°C to preserve their natural aroma, then are distilled in steam copper stills and aged for six months in steel before alcohol reduction. The bouquet is elegant, harmonious and sweet, with clear hints of apricot and almond; the taste is intense, aromatic and harmonious. Characteristics: 45% vol., 37.5 cl format. Pairings: perfect as an end-of-meal digestif, served neat.
