Grappa Americana Delta Spirits 37.5 cl.

A grappa made from the pomace of Americana grapes, grown and harvested in the Maggia delta in Ascona. Batch distillation follows historic Ticino techniques, with ageing in steel at Cantina alla Maggia. Since 1999 Ticino has been the only region outside Italy authorised to call pomace spirit "grappa", a recognition that speaks to this product's bond with its territory. The nose is elegant and harmonious, with floral notes; the palate is delicate, with hints of undergrowth and flowers. Characteristics: 45% vol., 37.5 cl format. Pairings: to be enjoyed at the end of a meal as a digestif, neat or lightly chilled.
